The Doctors and Staff at Victoria Practice and Methven Surgery, would like to thank all the patients who so kindly handed in cards and gifts to the surgery over the Christmas period. All were greatly appreciated and much enjoyed.

PLEASE NOTE - VAT REGISTRATION
Due to a change of government policy, as of 1st July 2011, the Practice will be registered for VAT. This means that some of our private fees will need to be increased to reflect this charge.
We apologise for this added expense, but it is outwith our control.
METHVEN PHARMACY - UPDATE
Sadly, the application by Harrispharm to open the retail pharmacy in Methven has been approved.
Despite the many submissions and objections from patients, it was deemed 'necessary and desirable' to grant the application.
We anticipate that this decision will go to an appeal, and if this appeal is not successful, the dispensary at Methven is almost certain to be ordered to close.
We will update patients with developments over the coming weeks.
