Patients on regular prescriptions will be given a repeat prescription leaflet. Holders of these may order a prescription in one of the following ways:
- Telephone (01738) 625 542 and leave a request on the prescription voicemail.
- Send us your leaflet (with a stamped addressed envelope) having marked which items you require.
- Bring your leaflet to reception with your list.
- Order prescription online - click here for instructions.
We require at least two working day's notice for repeat prescriptions and longer at weekends or public holidays.
NB Non-repeat items will take longer than 48 hours to process.
NB Please DO NOT telephone (01738) 639 748 for repeat prescriptions as this can block the line used for emergencies.

We require at least three working day's notice for repeat prescriptions. Please remember that repeat prescriptions requests cannot be dealt with during surgery consulting hours.
