Pharmacy Team

The practice pharmacy team consists of (left to right) Leeann - Senior Pharmacy Technician attached to the Health and Social Care Partnership, Tracey – Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Kaizia – Clinical Pharmacist, Vicki - Senior Pharmacy Technician.

They provide advice and support to the medical practice on a wide variety of medication and prescribing issues. They also work with community and hospital pharmacists to provide continuity of care and can also advise patients and carers on medication issues directly when required
