Urine, Stool, Sputum Samples

Samples can only be accepted if they have been requested by a GP, Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant in the Practice and must be in the appropriate container provided and labelled with the patient's name and date of birth.

Unless directed otherwise all samples must be handed in before 2 pm Mon-Fri.
